Book: Children's Corner Liturgical Time

This book arose from the need to welcome the children of mothers who pray in groups, developing recreational and evangelization activities with them, thus encouraging the mothers to concentrate while they pray in groups.

The Liturgical Calendar begins at the end of November, when the Advent cycle begins. This cycle covers the four weeks of preparation for Christmas, which is the birth of Jesus. The Advent cycle ends on the Sunday of the Baptism of Jesus, on which Ordinary Time begins.

In each of these years, we are invited to meditate on specially chosen Bible readings, so that at the end of the three years the story of salvation is strong in our hearts.

As there is a lack of teaching material on this topic, we decided to contribute not only to the Movement, but also to the entire Church.

The Service uses simple language, aimed at this audience, and has an appropriate methodology in the presentation of each chapter: it begins with the theme, followed by the Gospel for reflection and, subsequently, a prayer of meditation, concluding with activities that allow the practice of the teaching of each meeting.
